Poonam Plaza, Body of God gym

I have great memories of my time at body of god the owners, the trainers and even the security guard treated me with love and respect, I was guided professionally by all the trainers and Rahul sir as well. The gym truly felt like a safe space for women. Everyone is very professional and Friendly but unfortunately my zumba videos were added on a public account without my consent I don't have a problem with the video since I myself had posted many of my own but this instance cctv footage was added to the account, and not one or 2 multiple reels were posted were I felt I was dressed inappropriate. When I confronted the owner he literally threatened me saying he has rights bcoz it's his premises.if I take any legal action he has enough power to mess with me. Even now I am writing a review as a proof that this is what actually happened since everything was between me and the owner.Idk what happened suddenly usually he is very considerate and professional but we had a huge argument and I made sure the videos of mine are deleted and he also respectfully refunded my money. I have no malice or Ill intentions I truly Believe the gym was good and I had a great bond with all the trainers no one made me feel inferior or cheap or violated my safe space. Special mention to Sunil sir devaa sir Priyanka mam and pooja mam for bearing with my outburst. I am sincerely sorry if my words hurt you but my anger was not towards you and it was a justified anger. I wish you all the very best . truly happy to interact with you all and i am genuinely sorry if you got in any trouble bcoz of me. One last constructive feedback if you can take please accept the mistake when u know you are wrong I was sick and I did nothing wrg to wait for an hour and half for videos to b deleted and the refund to happen. Consent is very important I understand even now why and how you conduct your business and I admire and respect that but you can't post cctv videos of girls without their consent in a public profile wo b not the gyms page. The issue has been resolved I am writing a review so that people know the gym is safe and nice but be aware of the content stategies in case you go ahead with the same mentality. we have parted ways thanks for the 2 months all the best for your future.

Body of god gym is a unique gym with modern equipments spacious and full encouragement vibes.Rahul sir and Poonam ma'am both are highly knowledgeable in this field they always share their knowledge to me and inspiring encouraging not only for fitness towards sports and other activities too.staff are well trained and certified they provide the stations you need for good strength and weight training..cleanliness out of ambience 10 on 10. Its a best place for fitness freeky.

I've been to various gyms, but the exceptional level of respect and personal attention given by Mr. Rahul Bhagat, the owner of this gym, is remarkable. The treatment here is excellent, accompanied by thorough exercise and diet guidance, and the trainers possess impressive knowledge about the gym. Highly recommended.
