It's been a year n this was the first time I had started strength training in gym.. trainers here are really push the clients to their potential n give great results. Personally I have lost a SIGNIFICANT amount of weight in a year. They have planned daily batches for fat loss programs n cross fit sessions along with yoga n zumba. Specially by Satyam sir has really good sessions. I have renewed my membership. I would highly recommend it!! I have taken personal training program from Krishna Madas sir, n I can't thank him enough for his constant support n guidance n motivation. He has always given me a He consistently pushes me beyond my limits safely, always challenging me to become a better version of myself. He has helped me find my true potential n have gotten great results. I lost 20 kilos in a matter of 7months. I would highly recommend him! Overall i have had a great support from all the trainers here at Tns.

Trainers are good but the equipment looks like it's from the Stone Age--rusty, squeaky and third class quality and floor is not even Reply 1: Not denying it -- if it was worth the price to pay, I would have paid double. Instead of unnecessary arrogance, please read the review as well and consider whether the equipment needs servicing or replacement Monthly charge 1500 Per day charge 100rs I offered as it will be twice and it's reasonable 150rs demanding like we owe something Again not about money what service being provided Photos are 10 years old upload current photos to get a reality check

This is a great place for fitness lovers They provide steam service and there are mainy trainers who guides you and you can also get a personal trainer with some extra charges equipments here are all of good quality there are sections for each type of workout

One of the best and advanced fitness centres in Solapur. It houses all the necessary instruments and work area needed. Good aerobics class. Only the trainers are less responsive, not every wants a PT right?

Perfect spot for fitness Fricks. Trainers are very polite and helpful. All types of Gym accessories are available and they are of good quality.
