One of the worst gym I have ever visited, don't pay them before getting an trial of atleast 2 days. The trainers are really worst they will not help you at all. If you are doing any wrong exercise they will not come and help you they will see from away and laugh. ONLY THE NAME IS GOOD OTHERWISE IT IS WORST GYM IN SOLAPUR. note to owner :- try to understand the basic requirements of the member. Everytime bluffs will not work.
Kfh is the best gym in solapur nearby dmart and aasra bridge, I started the gym and took pt for one month and I've started losing weight evidently.

Not a great gym for the subscription amount they charge you for a month. There is no space for basic fundamental compound exercises like deadlift and Squat. Less space for workouts and other basic things required at the gym but providing other useless facilties to people and charging more to just show off when the basic purpose of of the gym, which is workout is not proper. Totally disappointing for the amount charged. Avoid if you are serious about working at a proper gym.
