We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this resort! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly taken care of--right from the warm hospitality to the comfortable stay and delicious food. The entire atmosphere was serene and relaxing, making it a memorable getaway. A special mention to Manav, who went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. His personal attention and constant support truly made all the difference. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, great service, and genuine hospitality.

Very disappointing. I recently stayed at for two days, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The primary issue was the ongoing construction work near my room, which continued throughout the day. The constant noise made it nearly impossible to relax or enjoy a peaceful stay, significantly detracting from the overall experience. To make matters worse, the staff's behavior, particularly at the reception, was utterly disappointing. One lady at the front desk, along with other staff members, displayed an indifferent and unprofessional attitude. It felt as though they were doing us a favor by simply performing their jobs. Their lack of care and hospitality made us feel unwelcome and undervalued as guests. Overall, due to the disruptive construction and the poor conduct of the staff, I would not recommend this hotel to others. Improvements in guest service and better management of construction schedules are desperately needed to enhance the guest experience.

If you wish to stay away from Nashik & yet close to the same, Sinnar Motels is superb option. Hotel location is just opposite ST Bus Stand. Ample parking space, nice ambience, well-maintained rooms, cleanliness, good service, quality food with multiple options.. I booked it from a social media site. My experience is good. I gave four stars as there is always a room to move towards excellence.

Worst service ever I have experienced as I have booked this for official visit. However when I reached to hotel, it tooks a too time in checking in. Later on there was not mobile network of jio in the room. When I asked for wifi they have provided me 1 used id and password, where the wifi range was not available and it was getting auto disconnect. To inform have tried intercom it was also not working. Have informed them by visiting to the reception however they have not reacted seriously. They have asked me to reset my network setting, that also I have done but no solution received. I have booked for 2 days, and totally disappointed with their service. Not wifi working nor intercom.
