I am really grateful to have Shiv Sir as my fitness coach. His guidance, discipline, and constant motivation make workouts challenging yet enjoyable. He not only focuses on physical training but also encourages a healthy lifestyle, proper diet, and consistency. What I admire most is his patience in correcting form and explaining every exercise in detail. Training with him has improved my strength, stamina, and overall confidence. Truly one of the best fitness coaches!

I am start my journey with Shivspirit since from 5th may 2022 still now I feel a lucky be a part of this one. That time my runing pace was 6.30 but now it's 5 to 5.30 . Shiv Sir is the best coach for Running, cycling or Triathlon training.. His knowledge is really good and is very patient with his trainees. Have seen really good results with his training. And he leads by example by ensuring his running is above the mark. He always supports his trainees.

Shivspirit training is really amazing. I joined Shiv sir training just 2 months back in these 2 months 15 days not able to follow training schedule. Then also I have seen a very promising improvement in my running time. Previously personal best timing for 10km was 60 min. On last sunday I done 10km in 54 min with only 80% effort. I am very happy with Shiv Sir training.
