One of my friend introduced me to Uma Ma'am, Founder- Niramay Yoga Pratishathan. She is extreamly professional & knowledgeable. Furthermore, she conducts every session explaining the scientific reason behind every Asana stating their benefits and also its adverse effects when performed in a wrong manner. She has an effective way of communication and shares amazing health and diet tips in between the sessions. I started taking yoga lessons from her after I was diagnosed with Cervical Spondylitis. Also, I have a few accident injuries too, which restricts me from performing a few asanas normally. Considering my situation, Ma'am has taught modified versions of those asanas. It's been 2 months, I find myself healing. Thanks Ma'am, for being such an amazing and a passionate teacher. Now, for me Yoga is a lifestyle. It brings fitness to my body and peace to my mind.
