My current gym with full of memories and good trainer

I had join here from last 1 month. I find some changes in my body such as my strength is improving, by 1.5 kg I loose my weigh also. The trainers are supportive and guide me regularly. I am coming daily for workout. I feel very energetic full day. Thanks a lot I get this fitness club in my own town ROHA.

I am here since 4 months and this is my very first gym experience. I have to say that this is one of the best gym I can be to. I was under weight and I have gained almost 05kgs now. Jayendra Sir and machchindra sir is the best trainer and person to learn from.they have been guiding me through this journey. Everyone should take their health seriously and should start exercising and HECC fitness studio is the best place to have a kick start
