I had joined the classes around 2 months back and after attending regularly have observed major improvement in my fitness. Amazing aerobic sessions by Aman Sir, yoga sessions by Chandramauli sir.

Amazing workout place for womens must enroll if you want results. Aman sir for aerobics , chandramoli for Yoga, Krishna sir & Devi sir for functional. They are amazing at their work.

A great place for the routine exercise. All the staff is so motivating and pushes you so much. Must join if you are looking for fitness :)
