Friendly atmosphere, great staff and state of the art set up, make this place an experience to cherish. The focus on providing excellent customer service is seen in all the staff.... from housekeeping to the managers. The washroom & locker room hygiene (though not directly the management's error) could do with a little more attention.
I've been going to Urbounce for last 4 years now. It is one of the best gym in the radius of 3kms. I like the energy and the vibe of the gym. Even when you don't feel like working out on a particular day, once you reach the gym you automatically get motivated and start workout. The trainers are quite helpful. They always have a watch on you. When they see that your form is not correct or that you need help, they are always there. The floor manager in turn keep a watch on the trainers. You hardly see such management at any place. The crowd is amazing. I have made some good friends in the gym. I would definitely recommend this gym.
Very hygienic gym , Ample space and equipments are in good condition. All the trainers and support staff are very friendly. Best gym in this locality.
Urbounce gym has good equipments and ambience is also good. Overall experience at gym is satisfactory. Mahesh who works at fron desk is always supportive and communicates well. Also My trainer Nishant understands my workout requirement very well and designs workout accordingly. Hence overall experience at gym is good.
I have been going to this gym from last one year, and overall, it has been a positive experience. The gym is well-equipped with a variety of machines and equipment to suit different workout routines. The staff and trainers are very helpful and supportive, always ready to assist and provide guidance. However, I have noticed that some maintenance is needed for a few pieces of equipment. Addressing these issues would make the gym experience even better. Additionally, the environment is friendly and welcoming, which makes working out here a pleasure. Thank you for providing such a great space for fitness!
