The Absolute Fitness Gym

Big thanks to my trainer @samiksha for her constant motivation and expert guidance. She's incredibly friendly and kind. Your support has truly transformed my fitness journey. Grateful to be training at such gym!

So here I'm to write a review about my "absolute fitness" gym, I'm part of this gym from the bigning and the good environment with good people feels like second home, this gym and the trainers thought me what is fitness all about ,i started my fitness journey 3 years ago and I'm very happy with my entire journey and transformation...... want to thank Samiksha who's always there to help everyone,a very polite and knowledgeable trainer & Abhilash sir for counting my attendance and motivating me I can say this is the best gym in this area

I've been attending this gym for a few months now, and the atmosphere is fantastic. Under the guidance of Samiksha, who's an exceptional trainer, I've not only been led through exercises but also seen sessions tailored to my specific needs. For someone prone to losing interest in exercise routines, her regular follow-ups and checks provide consistent motivation. Her dedication is truly inspiring, and I highly recommend her services.

I used to do my routine workout every day evening at the GYM. The equipment's were excellent. I specially want to say thanks to @Samiksha - she is very friendly and supporting & guiding me during the workout, she is extremely reliable & punctual - always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned.Thank you very much for a great training session. The program was enjoyable, and I learned a lot from it. You're the best trainer that I've ever worked with. Thanks for being patient, encouraging and inspiring

Gym is spacious, well equipped with good environment at handewandi Road. All trainers are good and supportive. Specially thanks to Samiksha, she is very good, knowledgeable trainer who always ready to help everyone at any time and answer politely of all queries, comfortable feeling while workout at gym. She also takes yoga sessions at there. I enjoyed all sessions like yoga, zumba, crossfit- aerobics with proper trainer and music arranged at gym which helps to motivate towards fitness. Normally people feels bored during same workout but here with variety of sessions I am happy to be a part of this gym near to me. Thanks
