I recently had a very disappointing experience while enquiring about your gym. I reached out to get some information about memberships, facilities, and pricing, but the entire process was incredibly frustrating the trainer and the receptionist was very rude and unpolite. I was either met with vague or incomplete responses, and it felt like the staff weren't genuinely interested in helping. Not only was it difficult to get clear answers, but I also had to follow up multiple times just to get basic details. This kind of poor customer service makes me seriously reconsider joining, as it reflects badly on the overall experience. Reconsider before joining .
