Best gym near that area. I just wanted 2 days access and they provided it. I came from Mumbai. Best advanced equipments. Best workout vibes. Best thing is the huge area and cafe just outside. Highly recommended.

The gym is spacious and well-equipped, offering everything you need for any fitness goal. Rakesh is an excellent coach--training with him is always motivating. I genuinely look forward to visiting the gym every day.

I joined this gym few months back and it was my first time into a gym. I was lil worried about how ll it go but it's going really well and i think I took a right decision joining Rockfold fitness. All the trainers are really humble and supportive. I am getting trained under Venky sir here. I would say he is not only a great coach but a good friend. Every time he shows up with energy and focus and his consistency pushes me to be better everyday. I was thinking training sessions must be boring but with him it's not. He can make anyone laugh during a painful session. Thank you Venky sir for motivating and pushing me beyond my limits

They have equipments from Jerai Fitness, and the brand is quite known within India. The spacious workout area provides ample room to move, whether you're into lifting weights, cardio, or group classes. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, you'll feel right at the place you needed to be. The only negative I would say is that it gets little crowded during peak hours, but it is properly ventilated now with multiple ACs. Overall, Rockfold Fitness ticks all the boxes for a top-notch gym experience.

an amazing experience with Coach prashant has been. It has been a great journey until eight. Everything has been working in my favourite. So far the workout the timing, the diet highly recommended to everyone.
