Fitnesss First gym

The owner of this gym often comes across as very authoritative, which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. The staff is also not cooperative, and overall the experience was disappointing. I would suggest exploring other gyms in the area for a better environment

This is the honest review,This is not a gym, this is a MIDC, there is no ventilation of any kind here and while taking admission both the owner and the manager had said that there is continuous AC running here. The trainers are also not of any quality, the mirrors of their gym are very dirty,There is no steam here, and the bathroom smells a lot.worst gym in kharadi,don't go there and don't waste your money and time ,not recommended

Extremely unprofessional behavior by trainer Kundan. I joined the gym as a beginner, hoping to get proper guidance--but unfortunately, trainer Kundan made the experience very disappointing. He approached me asking for extra money for "personal training" and insisted I keep it a secret from the gym management. When I declined his offer, his attitude completely changed. He stopped helping me with workouts, never corrected my form, and showed zero interest in guiding me--even though I clearly needed beginner support. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in a professional gym environment. I hope the gym management takes strict action and ensures that no one else faces such unethical treatment.

Great ambiance and great training given, special shout out to my trainer Sandesh sir who has helped me out in my weight loss journey. I started off with 92 kgs in October 2024 and now in June 2025 I have reached my goal which is 65 kgs. All thanks to my trainer and fitness first gym for helping me out in this incredibly beautiful journey.

I genuinely look forward to and I am grateful I've found a gym and community that values wellness, self-care, and health for life! Sandesh Sir You're the Best personal trainer EVER! Thanks for guiding me toward my goal. Your training style rocks!!
