Extremely Disappointed - Unprofessional and Unethical Practice..
I had one of the worst experiences at this gym. The facility is located in a basement, yet they intentionally switch off the exhaust fan to save on electricity bills, making the space extremely suffocating and uncomfortable, especially during workouts. When I raised this concern, the admin team was completely unhelpful and dismissive. It's clear they are only money-minded and don't care about member safety or comfort.
As for the trainers - unless you've signed up for their personal training (PT) membership, they won't even engage with you properly. They act disinterested and aloof, which is not what you expect when you're paying for a gym membership.
Even worse, when I did purchase a PT package, I was told I could use my sessions flexibly and take any number of days to complete them. Later, they refused to honor that, changing their stance and pushing arbitrary deadlines. This is highly unprofessional and misleading.
Save your time, money, and health - avoid this gym. There are far better, more honest places out there.

The gym facilities, equipment, and environment are good. However, I had a very disappointing experience with their Personal Training (PT) membership.
When I joined, I clearly informed them that I travel frequently and would be away for 2-3 weeks every month. Both the management and trainer assured me that my PT sessions would be extended so my absence wouldn't affect my membership. Based on that assurance, I took the PT package.
But when my membership ended, I still had 8 sessions left. Suddenly, they told me that they cannot extend it any further unless I buy another month's package. This was never mentioned at the time of joining. It feels like a trap to push customers into paying more, which is very unfair and disappointing.
The gym itself is nice, but please be very careful before signing up for PT memberships. Make sure you get clear written terms about extensions and validity, otherwise you might face the same issue I did.

Worst gym ever. First of all, they are not open throughout the day. Neither the staff is friendly nor is the receptionist friendly. They even don't want to co-operate at any level.
I have issues as I am free between 4-5:30 evening and they open the gym at 5. I talked to receptionist on this and she asked me to change the time.
If any new person wants to join the gym, please contact me so I can get my membership transferred to you. My membership is valid till 3rd December, 2025.

Very disappointing experience -- poor management and no regard for customers.
This is one of the worst gyms I've ever come across. The management is extremely poor and seems focused only on increasing memberships rather than providing basic facilities or service.
Ventilation is a major issue. The gym is located in a basement, yet they often turn off the fans and lights in the afternoon, making the space dark and suffocating. There is a large exhaust fan, but it's never switched on unless someone specifically asks -- and even then, it's only kept on for 10 minutes before being turned off again. This kind of negligence creates a very uncomfortable environment for workouts.
I raised these concerns with the receptionist, but they were indifferent. I even escalated the issue to the owner, but nothing changed. It's clear they simply don't care about customer feedback or safety.
Lack of trainer support. The trainers are unhelpful unless you've signed up for personal training (PT). I deliberately performed exercises with incorrect form just to see if they would correct me -- but they didn't, and even falsely confirmed my form was correct. This kind of carelessness can lead to serious injuries for new gym-goers.
Final verdict: If you're looking for a low-cost gym and don't mind overcrowding, poor ventilation, and lack of support, this might suit you. Otherwise, I strongly recommend spending a bit more and joining a gym that actually cares about its members' well-being and experience.

This is an absolutely honest feedback - no bias.
I visited this place 4 months ago and bought the subscription. This is my experience and I am discontinuing my membership. The ventilation in this place is bad. You get hit with a wave of sweat and smell when u enter. They have over crowded the place beyond the ideal capacity. Evenings or mornings, all timings are crowded unless u reach at 6-630 in morning. The trainers or even the management do not guide u which they had initially promised to do. I joined in general and if I did an exercise with incorrect form or posture, they did not correct me even on noticing it. A day later they approach u saying u did it wrong yesterday and if u dont want to make these mistakes, take personal training. They push u saying, pls lets go and finalize your PT cost right away and if u do so only then u will be able to lose weight otherwise its not going to happen for u. There is absolutely not one diet tip they give u and on day 1 u get a workout routine and they never upgrade it. Once they realize you are not going to buy the PT, they stop greeting you also. The trainers are only looking after their PT and will not even speak with u.
About the cleanliness - poor ventilation, no cleaning of the equipment. The dumbles or even the machines are greasy because of the sweat. They have stuck 2 stickers "Used mats" and "unused mats", u think they must be cleaning the used mats? Lol no! When I saw this, I was shocked. There is one boy kept for cleaning, he simply comes and puts used mats on unused mats side. Thats it! Thats how it is cleaned!
Honestly this place is a bit de motivating if u join alone without a company of ur own. Every couple of days someone will approach u saying, get a PT. Thats it.
Its been a bad experience.
