If you are looking to reduce weight along with improving your stamina i would highly recommend Curves Fitness Club . I have been taking Bhagyashree's fitness sessions fron last 2 months and now I can a see a lot of changes. I am someone who abhors physical activity but she has made me look forward to sessions. Along with being very supportive during classes she also makes it a point to check on you during absence. I haven't seen this in other instructors. Even during the classes she tries to customise exercises based on individual requirements. Bhagyashree you are doing such a great job keep going
