I've been working out for close to 2 decades now and have tried multiple forms of workouts (including HIIT and Strength & Conditioning) at other specialised gyms. But the gains I've had in the 6 months I've been with Chakra, have surpassed all gains I've collectively unlocked previously. The workouts are designed very scientifically to ensure you holistically develop endurance, strength, agility, and overall mobility. Even the warm ups are so well paired with the main movements of each class, that you are able to go deeper in each movement and remain injury free. The batches are small and never too crowded. The coaches are extremely attentive to each student; personalising the intensity depending on your fitness level, always correcting alignment, pushing you to get better at every movement, and unlock new goals. The open air space and green ambience are a daily treat to the eyes,and you won't find better music playlists at any other gym . All in all there's no better setting to decompress daily !
