The gym owner is polite, enthusiastic about workouts, and supportive, making Zumba and fitness sessions enjoyable and motivating. The gym is well-equipped with a variety of tools, and the Zumba classes are a great addition, highly recommended.

Worst Gym Experience at Dessire Gym Been a loyal member for 2 years, but now it's just a joke. Basic services like steam aren't even working, and when I complained, the management straight-up told me, "Take your money and leave." Seriously? That's how you treat your paying members? They don't even refund the full amount, and if you question anything, they raise their voice and show zero respect. This gym has completely lost its standard and customer value. Shameful management. Never expected this.

I highly regret joining this gym. Despite being extremely expensive, the services and behavior of the staff are unacceptable. The trainers are rude and unhelpful, ignoring clients even when assistance is requested. There is a steam room, but it's either unavailable when needed or they simply refuse to let members use it. No proper training, no advice, and an overall unprofessional environment make this gym a terrible choice. Save your money and look for a gym that values its members and provides better services. Absolutely would not recommend!

Disappointing Experience at a High Cost I have been a member of Desirre Fitness for a few months, and unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. The trainers are often rude and unapproachable. Despite the high membership fees, the service falls short. The steam room is frequently unavailable, and when it's operational, access is restricted without clear reasons. Additionally, the trainers rarely provide guidance or support during workouts, making me feel ignored and undervalued as a member.
