I had been to this gym for around 1 year. It was the first gym I ever visited. The value proposition is the reason why I stayed along with this gym but now they have increased their fees so it didn't make any sense to further go there. This gym has very misaligned management. The ownership of gym seems to be distributed. No one assumes control of the gym in order to improve it. This is why their equipments are very old and have a lot of defects. Most likely they wouldn't change it. You have decent trainers there but they have some misconceptions, so better do your own research. There are only two trainers in the gym and they don't guide you properly unless you opt for personal training. In other gyms you typically get 5-6 trainers who support you in case you are closer to failure while working out, but this is not at all the case here. If you want the support to chunk out more reps than you would need your friend. The only reason why I was here for so much time was because I was habituated to this gym, there were no strict rules, it did only cost me 1000/- for 3 months subscription and my friends used to come here. So overall it's an okay gym provided you have knowledge of working out else it's terrible place to go. So afterwards I did join other high quality gym which was more close to my home than raj gym(S3 fitness), with more fees, but it's fine.
