The trainers are very good!! For a person tight of a budget for exercising, I would prefer this gym. I have lost 8 kg weight in 4 months with proper diet and training from the trainers!! So highly recommended for a budget gym seeker!

Good gym with all required equipments. Place is small and extremly crowdy in morning time. Can't blame the place, every gym is crowdy in the morning time. I've been there for more than 6 months and results were good. Trainers are good and place is safe for girls to join. Toilets aren't very clean and stink sometimes.
