It is a good gym, it is very good for new people, the trainers here teach very responsibility, i joined this gym in 2013 I am enjoying it .. all gym equipment is in good condition.gym have big ground for natural cardio floor. gym celibate our birthday like a family members.i never live this gym because this gym is my second home and gym members are like my family member...

Great place for work out. Trainers are friendly and gives proper guidance. Cheerful atmosphere. Big ground in front of the gym for jogging and other sports activity. Yoga and zumba are also available.

Best gym for beginners....good environment to workout for...

The gym is nicely maintained. The trainers are friendly and supportive. Proper equipments are available for training. The main attraction is the ground attached to the gym - perfect place for a good lap and cardio. Even though I am from another state, there are no any kinds of barrier, which is a good thing. The environment is awesome and the vibes are nurturing.
