This is a best class for Yoga in Phaltan. Yoga teachers are knowledgeable. In the class pranayam, meditation, basic and advanced yog asans, various work outs, zumba, diet and health related sessions are included. Yoga is very good for our overall health and also also helpful for peaceful mind. I recommend everyone to join and stay healthy.
