Swapnil & me have been working for my fitness goal for a year. It's almost 1 year now.. that I have been on my own.. in that 1 years Swapnil helped me understand the importance of nutrition and weight training. I have never gone under 1700 cal.. at any given point of my journey. He made sure I was pushing myself to achieve my goals. Every month, my goal post did change, though, but we only grew in our journey. Many of the diets make you gain weight after you leave it. But I can say his approach towards diet was never leaving any food group. That's the reason I have sustained my weight, and my strength has grown. I'm healthier & stronger in my 40's then my 20s. Even today, whenever I'm stuck in a situation, he is just a message away.
