Swapnil & me have been working for my fitness goal for a year. It's almost 1 year now.. that I have been on my own.. in that 1 years Swapnil helped me understand the importance of nutrition and weight training. I have never gone under 1700 cal.. at any given point of my journey. He made sure I was pushing myself to achieve my goals. Every month, my goal post did change, though, but we only grew in our journey. Many of the diets make you gain weight after you leave it. But I can say his approach towards diet was never leaving any food group. That's the reason I have sustained my weight, and my strength has grown. I'm healthier & stronger in my 40's then my 20s. Even today, whenever I'm stuck in a situation, he is just a message away.

Hi All, Its been a more than a year, training with Swapnil coach. I fall short of words to express my gratitude towards him. One major thing about him ,he is extremely KNOWLEDGEABLE, very PATIENT and a very good LISTENER. He had not only made my WEIGHT LOSS journey easy but also sustainable. Initially when you start your journey, he will give his utmost SUPPORT,( much required that time) keeps you MOTIVATED throughout your journey. Swapnil coach had provided meals and workout plans as such it was easy to follow and fit in my routine. He always says, Weight loss is not just about losing weight,it's a lifestyle change. In Every weekly Calls with Swapnil coach, i have learnt so much , his knowledge sharing is like something which will be with you for lifetime. Even measuring meals or sometime mental mapping meals had become my second nature now. Swapnil Coach had changed my overall mindset for food nutrition and workout. I thank him each and every day.
