Worst experience had 2 time in Reliance SMART superstore , our last time experience we share , scroll down and see of cold cream with proof and now also we buy some snacks where is written buy 2 get 1 free 1 snacks pack price 34 below in picture you can see but they add all 3 packs price in Bill and they do same with cold drink bottle, cold drink bottle is buy 1 get 1 free but they take both the bottle money , 1 bottle price was 30 but they add 60 you see in picture down they are running scam for so long time , and the casher was showing attitude saying , tell to manager they are not seeing the problem.
They are making people fool and taking there hard-earned money .

It is as good as other Reliance Smart Superstores but the location is not convenient enough. It is away from Palghar Station and ST bus stand and situated in a narrow, congested lane. Auto rickshaw service is also not instantly available. If you have own vehicle then it is good place for your monthly household shopping.

Today on occasion of Ram Navmi.. me purchased Amul Amrakhand... and it was really pathetic. Firstly it's expiry date is Aug 2026.. still it had a bad odour.. it tasted bad and powdery.. The consistent is just like mango juice.. almost Liquid..
Wat can we as a customer do??? Kindly reply.

Today, I purchased groceries from a Reliance store Palghar and was extremely shocked to find insects inside a packet of Yippee Korean Spicy Kimchi Style Maggi.
The expiry date mentioned on the packet is September 2025, which makes this issue even more concerning. How can a product well within its shelf life contain such contamination? This raises serious questions about the quality control measures in place.
Even more alarming, I had purchased this product for my 2.5-year-old child. I urge you to imagine the consequences if it had been consumed.
I request an immediate explanation and investigation into this matter. Additionally, please share the escalation matrix so I can raise this issue with the higher management, as this is not just a quality lapse--it's a health hazard.
I've attached photos of the product for your reference.

Palghar after 3 years, was pleasantly surprised to see such a big store in Palghar! The young staff mostly comprising of local people are very friendly. The prices are very cheap, offers, discounts, etc.
