The only unisex gym in Palghar east with a variety of professional equipment, knowledgeable yet friendly trainers(who are K11 certified) and a positive environment. Especially Rishi sir, Rutik sir and Swapnali ma'am personally guide everybody to achieve the right form of exercise and motivate people to go for more. The gym is well-equipped with modern machines, free weights, and a spacious workout area, making it perfect for strength training and muscle building. I've been training at Lion Strength gym for a while now, and it has been a fantastic experience. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced lifter, this gym has everything you need to achieve your goals. Highly recommend it!
