It is the only & best business park in town. It is beautifully built & is maintained. I hope they will continue in the future and become proud of Palghar. The only suggestion is they contained Reliance Smart outlet to its premises. It is very bad to see the outlet put in a polithine shed in front of its entry. This is very very ordinary and pulls down the glory of the business centre.

Monsoons have really messed up the tiling outside the premise. Doesn't have a generator so power outages are kinda frequent. Otherwise decent place

Grand Maratha has opened a new fitness workout place called 'Unique Fitnes Center ' on the 3rd floor of this building. I loved the construction and it's presentation. Loads of parking and the location is at the best. Do visit, the grand opening of the gym is on 22nd October 2022

Recently developed, nicely built shopping center, very good for offices. Clean and well organized planning, ample parking space. Grocery and general store is also available.
