One of the worst projects in Palghar Absence of Municipal Drinking water, Absence of Rain Water Harvesting, Absence of Fire brigade compliance, Absence of Sewage water Treatment Plant, project not yet handed over to societies due to non completion of above utilities after 10 years of Project completion.

It's very old project though new construction is going on ,little bit outside of main palghar city but good place to buy home in future as palghar being in developmental stage like navi Mumbai. What I liked most is central gas connection rather than using gas cylinder where CNG gas ll be used and pay as per meter utilised .No more idea about its safety and security.

Everything is good my only problem is the gap between building no 4 and a new building which is being built right now is very little as compared to the other building and so the flats facing the new building has no sunlight and it gets very Claustrophobic as if we look out of the window you can see the other flats. So the architect should have thought this through properly.

Very neat and clean with natural beauty views

Beautiful complex but handed over the possession letter after 08 years. I have never seen a complex which hands over the possession letter but flats are not exclusively ready to occupy. Shabby look of the washrooms, incomplete work, uneven work in the flat, wooden doors doesn't have good finishing, some doors were having broken ends. This complex has mini theatre and club house. From outside it looked very impressive. We are waiting for their call informing us about the readiness of our flat.
