I joined Zidfit about 2 months back under Ms Maya who is a wonderful trainer at Zidfit. She has really helped me improve my muscle strength, stamina and overall fitness giving amazing results in these months. The trainer vibes and gym ambience are something I truly enjoy. Maya is definitely the best trainer there. Would recommend 10/10.
