I have been following Pranita as a coach and guide for healthy diet plans and tips for improving my lifestyle habits as they were extremely unhealthy. I had to write my review ! Well when I joined I was very skeptical about having any nutritions or anything. As soon as I stepped in Fitdream I wanted to go back because of the things I heard from others about Nutritions. But one request of Pranita gave me a thought of listening to her and I joined for 10 days program. I must say the kind of experience I got with Fitdream was super amazing and my urge to continue is still on. I have completed 6 months and I have lost 15 kgs overall with fatloss and muscle gain also I should mention about my health results. I was having vericose veins since long time and I have seen definite results in it. Secondly my cholestrol was very bad (206) and it has come down to a better percentage. I was also having Vitamin D deficiency which has been recovered. This was my personal result with Pranita and Fitdream Studio. I literally turned from negative to fully confident person!
