Chandan sir is an excellent trainer - professional, motivating, and extremely knowledgeable about fitness, nutrition, and injury prevention. He creates customized workout plans based on my goals (fat loss, muscle gain, etc.) and regularly checks your form to avoid injuries.He's very approachable and encourages a balanced lifestyle, not just extreme workouts.
