The instructors are knowledgeable, motivating, and provide personalized attention. I had a 3 month personal training session with Aniket Kamble who is a Fitness Professional, councillor, Nutritionist, Food & Nutrition Therapist for Obesity and Weight Management. He is friendly and always greet you with a smile, professional and eager to help with any questions. Well-trained and knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition, providing excellent advice and support. Personal training sessions are reasonably priced, offering personalized workout plans and one-on-one attention to help you achieve your fitness goals. The atmosphere is positive and motivating. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great place to work out.
