I took training from Mr. Siba for 5 months recently. Mr. Siba is a highly skilled, professional trainer with lot of patience, clarity in planning and is flexible to work with. He is dedicated to clients to provide customized training programs and he was open to cater training as per my muscle needs. The diet he suggested was also simple to follow and is worth trying. I could see the results for myself. I would look forward to continue with him in future, once I can't access gyms again. Highly recommend to try his class.

Hi, my daughter is taking fitness training from Mr. Siba since 6 months. I found him to be an expert professional trainer, highly skilled with diversified fitness programmes. He shows flexibility and patience in designing the fitness routines. The one to one approach is the USP of the whole programme. The diet chart, diet plan and exercise routines are aptly crafted. Hii This is Itihas Samantaray, from Pune.It's been 1 month I have been under train with Mr.Siba Prasad Lenka sir.He helped me a lot to reach in my goal I reduced 4 kg in one month. Before I was 75 kg and now am 71kg with his simple diet plan, His diet plan is very very simple that everyone can afford easily.And the surprising thing is in last 2-3 years my body cholesterol level was very high it was in between 300-350 always and after his guidances, diet & training it's drastically changed and now it is 166.
