I have been a member for the last one year now, initially the gym seemed nice and everything was really good, I don't know what happened but all of a sudden they shut the gym for 4-5 days in the name of equipment upgrade. To be honest the downfall started from there. Now the gym has no electricity twice a month, the areas of the gym are flooded with water coming out of the AC. There is no ventilation once the electricity goes off. After complaining about everything, the management has taken no actions.

This gym is well equipped with modern machines. Trainers are well knowledgeble , qualified , friendly and supportive.They are always ready to guide newcomers and experienced as well. There is good variety of both strength training and cardio. Specious place and always feel energetic , positive and motivative. Management always ensures high standard of hygenic and customer support. Highly recommend to those who are serious about their health and fitness. Be supportive , be humble and always be understable with the problems of members . Criticise does not mean by discourage it gives opportunity to improve yourself. Thanks and all the best !!!!
