I've been training with Mr. Vinit mane who is the trainer and the owner of the gym for the past one year , and the experience has been fantastic. Highly recommend to take a personal training and guidance from the trainers here for best results.

Last year I joined prayas fitnessclub. I completed one year. I was very scared when I joined but now it's my way of life. For this I am eternally grateful to Mr. Vinit Sir, Mr. Abhishek Sir and Mr. Rohit Shide. Vinit sir is basically a professional so I got a good experience during crossfit that his exercises are of that level.
