Very nice gym, energetic environment to workout. Trainers are friendly and provide lot of support all stages of candidates (beginner to expert). Gym is well maintained and it has all equipments. Great place to begin fitness journey.

Trainers are friendly, good workout environment. Proper guidance regarding the workout and proper diet plans are given by the trainers. I've been consistent to the gym for last 3 years. Would recommend to everyone to join this gym.

In kamothe ,you generally don't get support from trainers unless u go for personal trainer but here all trainers are very supportive . I have been working out here since 6 years and can never think of approaching any other gym coz here if your workout is concerned everything is covered be it functional training, Yoga , strength training etc... The ambience is also very good gives a positive vibe when you enter ... Special thanks to Mr Lavesh Dighe ( baap of all workout ) for pushing me ahead in my workout regime ... Great place for a workout. Coming here since 3 years. Very good ambience, experienced trainers who assit and guides you for your daily excercise. All essential equipment and in good conditions.
