Well deserve! Perfect full package Gym in Kamothe with bunch of activities. Physc gym has truly been a life-changing place for me! The facility is always clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything I need for a great workout. I want to give a huge shoutout to Mr. Omkar Thakur and Mr. Mahesh -- they are not just amazing coach, but true motivators and inspirations. My personal coach Mr.Omkar no matter how lazy or down I feel, his positive energy and uplifting aura instantly boost my mood and push me to give my best. Mr. Suhas and Mr. Sandesh also deserve appreciation -- they bring humor and friendliness into the gym, creating a fun and relaxed environment that makes every workout enjoyable. One thing I absolutely love is the music & the most amazing part that they allowed your beloved Pets in the gym or in zumba class.The gym team always welcomes client song requests, and my favorite tracks from Hugel, Afro beats are often played. It keeps the vibe energetic yet classy, which makes a big difference in staying motivated. Yoga is my go-to for peace, strength, and balance, while the Fit Zumba class by Manju Malhotra is just amazing! Overall, Physgym in 5mths had help me to achieve my goal. It helped my mental peace, tone my body, lose fat, gain stamina, and strengthen my inner core. It also offers a supportive, positive, and truly motivating space.The collaboration of such kind and dedicated people truly helps me heal both mentally and physically. I've joined this gym a couple of months back at the age of 51, and I must say it's been a great experience so far. The gym has a very positive vibe, good facilities, and well-maintained equipment. A special thanks to Mahesh Sir for his mentorship, guidance, and for always sharing his knowledge so openly. Also, to Alankar Sir for his focused personal training -- I can really feel the difference. I've tried a few other gyms before, but the atmosphere here just works for me. Highly recommended!

This is hands down the best gym in Kamothe! It's super spacious, has all the latest equipment, and the staff really knows their stuff. Everyone's friendly and the vibe is great for staying motivated. If you're serious about fitness, this place won't disappoint. Totally worth checking out!

Great gym in Kamothe. Optimum equipments designed in a way to hit the target muscles well. Great vibe and lighting for enhancing pictures and the post workout pump. Some unique machines to hit the triceps and biceps with variance.

Joined here in month of august and progress is quite good. I must say probably it's the best gym in Kamothe. Trainers are very cooperative, supportive, and helpful. Gym is loaded with all equipment. Ambience and cleanliness is good. Overall, it's a great place to transform yourself. Keep grinding guys..

It has been almost a year working out here. The trainers are very supportive and guiding. They guide everyone with the same enthusiasm, whether they are a newbie or an intermediate at the gym. In the past few months, the gym has been relocated to a much better place with great upgrades like a bigger space and many more facilities such as yoga and Zumba. The machines are great, and the vibe is great!!

First impressions matter, and this one was awful. I wanted to see the facilities. because this is the brand of Sangram chougule & I went in with excitement but the bald person in the reception Mahesh when I asked a simple question was literally shouting in a bad tone with rudeness and irritation, as if I he was doing a favor on me. I wish the gym ensures that every visitor is treated with the respect and professionalism the brand deserves.

Been a client of PhyscGym & Personal Training under the guidance of Avinash Sir three months but have to say I'm very impressed. Gave me a realistic and doable plan and I have the chats with him while getting a good work out done. Avinash Sir creates a very friendly environment where you instantly feel comfortable. Helped me to build on my goals week on week in a safe manner, providing helpful tips and education. Avinash Sir is an excellent personal trainer and coach. He listens, observes, and always gets the best from me in every session. Skilled, empathetic, and clearly loves what he does. If you want a great PT without any fuss, he's your man! Definitely recommend. The whole atmosphere in the gym is so friendly and welcoming.
