One of the best gym i found, i visited this gym in 2024 for enquiry but never joined, in 2025 i took new resolution that i have to join perfect health and fitness in the month of Jan 2025 i started my workout and i have continued my workout and the coaches are best to train with potential and efforts towards to clients, i took PT (personal trainer) his name is shubham Parange one of the best trainer. Ambiance of gym is very positive and owners are very friendly. Thank you so much to Coach Shubham Parange and ratan for giving me potential growth and for training. Looking forward for the valuable precious time.

It's been a year since I have joined this gym. From being a beginner with absolutely no knowledge of working out to actually becoming healthier and well versed with exercising, I have come a long way. Thanks to Shubham sir who has guided me throughout the year regarding workouts and prescribing me diets that's suited for me. I really recommend this gym especially for beginners.

Shubham Sir has a very nice approach. He trains as per individual's needs. I had a very nice experience with him. I recommend him for all age groups.
