The machines at the gym are amazing, and the trainers are very helpful. The people at the gym build a motivating, friendly and supportive environment. I would like to mention coach Rajan Kajrolkar, who has been extremely helpful throughout the months I have spent at the gym. He gives useful insights and has surely helped me prevent an injury or two till date. Great experience overall.

Machines like hammer strength, pannatta, life fitness cybex can be found only in oneabove gym. Love to workout here. Great higeine friendly staff.
