The machines at the gym are amazing, and the trainers are very helpful. The people at the gym build a motivating, friendly and supportive environment. I would like to mention coach Rajan Kajrolkar, who has been extremely helpful throughout the months I have spent at the gym. He gives useful insights and has surely helped me prevent an injury or two till date. Great experience overall.

Some trainers teach you how to lift weights. Zaheer Shaikh Sir.....teaches you how to lift yourself. It's been just 4 months with him... and maaaan, the difference is wayyy beyond what I expected. Physique? Changed. Mindset? Leveled up. Discipline? Locked in. If I compare where I started to now it's like two completely different versions of me. The wayyy he channelises his energy into clients especially us teenagers is just insane. He doesn't just train you; he respects you, keeps you aligned, and makes you feel like you're part of his own gym family. Every workout... it's not just a building phase it's a vibe. Every rep, every set, every drop of sweat feels like it's taking you one step closer to your best self. And the best part? Those moments when the reps get heavy and you hear him shout, "Come on bro, 4 aur karna hai... come on Kanishk!" trust me, that push hits harder than pre workout. You just lock in and do it. he got this rare thing he turns effort into excitement. The way he guides, supports, and keeps improving himself makes you wanna level up too. Over time, he's not "just" a trainer anymore... he's your gym bro, motivator, and spotter not just in fitness, but in life. In physics, momentum is mass multiplied by velocity and Zaheer Sir is literally that equation in human form building your strength with precision and driving your progress with unstoppable force. Training with him feels like pure kinetic energy focused, powerful, and honestly.....life changing.

Unprofessional Misleading & Highly Disappointing I am highly disappointed with the mismanagement of One above gym Kharghar. Despite repeated false assurances by the gym management they have failed to reopen gym on time, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience to members. What's worse is the way they misled people into renewing their yearly memberships, although they were fully aware that the facility won't operational any time soon as promised. Oneabove gym Kharghar not just offer poor services, Management there is deceptive and unethical. Members trusted the management and paid in good faith, only to be left waiting with zero transparency or accountability. No proper communication, no timely updates, and no compensation for the wasted time and money. I strongly advise others to beware of the gym's unethical practices and false promises before signing up or renewing here.
