One Life Fitness Hub

Sharing my experience of One Life Fitness Hub gym in Ghansoli. This gym is very specious and has all the latest exercise equipment. What I personally enjoy here is the open space for exercise, very positive vibe overall and excellent personal training. A special note for personal training provided here. The kind of personal training provided here is different compared to other places. Personal trainers here are certified and they understand the need and expectations of each individual and accordingly make the training plan. My personal trainer is Bhavesh, and our focus is towards overall fitness and wellbeing. My training plan focuses more on targeting the weak muscles and improving overall fitness by combining traditional and modern exercises. Some improvements that can be made here, gym space is huge and accordingly needs proper ventilation to cover all the areas. At times, it becomes very hot and humid and makes it difficult. Some arrangements can be made to have more airflow circulation. Another thing is the proper utilization of available space. In my view, a proper CrossFit section needs to be created. Some unnecessary machines can be removed and some changes in overall arrangement can be made to achieve this, Overall, this is an excellent gym and everyone here owner, trainer, others are very good and helpful. Also, membership rates here are reasonable for the kind of gym facilities provided.

Very good Gym with huge space and variety of machines. I am being trained in this Gym from past 9 months under supervision of Mr. Bhavesh, who is a certified trainer. His methods to get me fit are very interesting.

One Life Fitness Hub is spacious with all the required latest equipments. The trainers there are very professional and you will be given personal attention as well. The most trusted gym in the entire area. I highly recommend this gym and if you wish to get fit then this is the best choice.

U may find n number of gym around, but while working out one needs space, which this gym provides u, also with great machinery n the best trainers . N mainly yes pocket friendly as well. From last 6 months I have been here by far it has been the great experience all together, because of which I have extended my membership as well from 6 months to 1yr

One Life Fitness Hub has been awesome to me. I train here about 5-6 days a week.The workouts are fun, the fellow members are inspiring.Their trainers are exceptional and the overall vibe is great .It's hard workout with happy people and I am seeing results for sure.I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape.

One Life fitness hub is one of the gym centres that has a good space for an individual to workout. Following are few of the factors to be joining this gym. 1. Location of the gym is convenient as it is just opposite to Ghansoli station. 2. Well Equipped. 3. Consists of K11 certified trainers who are always present to help an individual. 4. It definitely provides a good/comfortable atmosphere for all the ladies. 5. Crowd is pretty decent.

It was too good as compared to other gym in Ghansoli. Space is too big and there are new equipment also. I take membership for 1 year but due to covid 19 almost 9 months crossed and my membership end. But its too good in infrastructure and the trainer are also helpful
