Then I have joined The New Life Fitness gym three months ago and I have lost four to five kilos so far. Since the gym is new, all the equipment is new. The trainers here are highly knowledgeable. My trainer Akshay Waghmare sir supported me a lot in my journey of losing weight and staying fit.Thanks to their guidance, I was able to achieve my goal. This gym is for those who think that going to a gym is a very boring job and that doesn't make any difference in your health. Akshay sir is very dedicated and makes sure to continually check form while making sure we get a full body workout. I am already noticing improvement in tone and an increase in my strength.
The gym is clean and well maintained and the staff and trainers are very polite and encouraging.
