If you're looking for a place to work out, I highly recommend you steer clear of this establishment. My experience at [My Gym] was, without a doubt, the worst I have ever had at a fitness center. I'm not sure how this place is still in business.As for the staff, they were largely absent. I had a question about a machine and couldn't find anyone to assist me. When I finally did, they seemed more interested in their phones than in helping me. It's clear that there is a severe lack of proper management and care. For the price they charge, the lack of cleanliness, functioning equipment, and basic customer service is unacceptable. Save your money and your sanity. There are much better, cleaner, and more professionally run gyms out there. [Worst Gym]

I am extremely disappointed with this gym. I joined this gym in Oct'23 with a yearly membership. Half the time, there's no power supply just because their electricity bills are overdue and meter is being seized by MSEB quite frequently. Additionally, equipments are out dated and there are limited choices of equipments. To top it off, the staff is unhelpful, showing no interest in addressing any of these issues. The staff will provide n number of reasons for not turning on ACs when there is power supply. Definitely not worth and I would highly suggest NOT TO JOIN this gym at all!

I had a highly disappointing experience at My Gym Pro, Old Panvel!!! Gym is unable to provide basis bare minimum facilities. Electricity meters have been seized by MSEB for overdue bills. There are 4 A/Cs and none of the A/Cs are operational providing any vague reason for not turning on the A/Cs. The staff and owner seemed indifferent and unresponsive to member concerns. Overall, I would not recommend this gym to anyone seeking a positive and enjoyable gym environment.
