Extremely well maintained equipment, trainers are available always and supportive yet challenge you to reach your limit. This is not a gym, it's my second family. Cannot wait to get here every day.first in Nerul this Gym is open till midnight and great thing is it's open 7days

My name is Minal . I am 62 years old.I joined MFP gym in January .gym is clean with positive vibes .I took a personal trainer his name is Shailesh .He is a very good trainer .He is very calm and quiet and polite .He attends customer very politely and take care of everyone . When I joined this gym I had lot of health issue .but he took my workout such way now 6 months are over my pain is gone .my muscles are strong .and after joining gym I had no complaint about my health. I wll recommend this gym if anyone is interested .
