Despite repeatedly informing the trainers and the reception staff, 180 kg of weight was left on the leg press machine. When I asked a trainer to help remove the weights, his dismissive attitude really annoyed me. He refused and said, "I won't do that." Even the receptionist was unable to take any action. This kind of unhelpful and irresponsible behavior from the staff is unacceptable.
This gym seriously lacks basic hygiene standards. The men's changing room constantly smells unpleasant, almost like feces, and the air fresheners are rarely functional. It's unacceptable for a facility promoting health and fitness to ignore such fundamental cleanliness.
Been a year over here at the gym. Good atmosphere, cooperative staff! I personally recommend the gym to the beginners
I was a member of this gym for 6 month. The gym is of medium size with a one euipment per exercise. They have cross functional training space as well. During peak hours, the waiting time is too much. Don't expect any guidance from the floor trainer untill and unless you yourself approach them for help. If you are doing wrong exercise then you will be keep doing it, the floor trainer won't come and guide you for correct form.
Good ambience and has supportive trainers. It is one of the best gym in Kamothe. Just if it opens early morning, say by 5am will give it a 5star... Come. Join the journey of fitness.
