So I'm absolutely loving my experience at this gym - For Life Fitness, Kharghar! The hygiene is top-notch, and I feel confident that I'm working out in a clean and safe environment. The instructors are knowledgeable, supportive, and always willing to lend a helping hand. The crowd is decent - not too crowded, not too empty - just right! A little more crowd during evening prak hours is expected. What really sets this gym apart, though, is the flexibility of being open 24 hours. I can fit in a workout whenever it suits me, whether it's early morning or late night. The lockers are clean and secure, and the machines and amenities are top-quality. But the real stars of the show are the reception staff - Ms. Samreen and Mr. Noor are absolute gems! They're always smiling, always helpful, and make you feel welcome from the moment you step in. Their politeness and professionalism are truly exceptional. If you're looking for a gym that ticks all the right boxes, look no further! I'm so glad I found this place, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Have joined For life fitness gym 8 months back. Gym is quite good, Neat and Clean. Very Hygienic Equipment are well Maintained with certified trainer. Reception desk is good and well qualified to give proper knowledge ans very help-full Especially Samreen and Noor Bha i.

This gym is absolutely top-notch! The trainer like sadiq sir and mubarak sir are on to next level, equipment is modern, well-maintained, and there's plenty of variety for every workout style whether strength training, cardio, or functional fitness. Samreen Ma'am is exceptionally dedicated, approachable, and highly professional. She maintains her desk neatly and organized, creating a welcoming and productive environment. Have been coming here irregularly since they opened up in Kharghar. I don't think any other gym in Kharghar functions like this. Even tho over time, there have been ups and down; the team at ForLife has been great so far!
