they will not look after you till you pay them for personal training . i was using calf machine the trainer was engaged in phone probably looking at insta and i was not aware that the machine has lock and i was using it with lock the trainer took a glimse and was again on his phone worst. i do not recommend i wasted my 1 year here they dont care about the form while doing exercise they really dont mind what are you doing . once i asked about the exercises for arms the trainer said i will let you know tommmorow the other day kaboom ignored.

It is one of the best places for a workout. It is spacious and has effective gym machines. Even the management and the trainers are cooperative and knowledgeable. Another USP is the maintenance. You will always see the machines fixed instantly in case of a breakdown.

By far the best gym around in panvel and its vicinity. Top level management, good hygiene, great equipments and just the right vibe to get integrated into the maharashtrian country-side fitness culture.

Fitness On Gym is a wonderful gym at Takka , Panvel . It has all the necessary items that a required for a budget friendly gym. Ambience is very good. Personal Trainers are well trained and helpful to the gymgoers. It also has flexible timings throughout the week.
