Recently I completed one year in this gym, and my experience was quite good. This is my first gym and I'm very satisfied and impressed with this gym. All the trainers are very friendly and supportive. Special thanksto @Rushi Sir, whose guidance made my workouts regular, and he took great care of my workout routine. As a result, I experienced approximately 9 kg weight loss in just 2 months. Also, thanks to @Gauri Ma'am for the diet plan she provided. My overall experience till now is great.

I've been training at falcon gym with an incredibly vibrant aura that energizes me the moment I step in. The environment is positive and motivating, making every workout session something to look forward to. Gauri Mam and Chetan Sir, the trainers I've worked under, have been instrumental in shaping my fitness journey. Their expertise and personalized approach have made each session engaging and effective. Gauri Mam's focus on form and technique ensures that every exercise is done correctly, while Chetan Sir's dynamic training style pushes me to challenge my limits. The combination of their guidance and the welcoming atmosphere of the gym has made my experience truly wonderful!

Pros: Knowledgeable and supportive gym trainers. Cons: Poor quality gym equipment, with only one treadmill functioning properly. Lack of availability of drinking water in the mornings; Most of the time their is no water to drink, when water is finished within your bottles. Restriction on air conditioning usage, only permitted when 5-6 members are working out simultaneously. Closure on Sundays, limiting accessibility for members. Additional Comments: While the gym boasts helpful trainers, the overall experience is marred by subpar equipment quality, water availability issues, restrictive air conditioning policies, and closure on Sundays, impacting convenience and comfort for members.

The best experience of gym if one want then most recommended is "Falcon" in Airoli. I joined this gym about 2 months ago and I'm already so impressed and satisfied with this gym I lost 5kg in just 2 months. Trainers are superb Especially when it comes to transformation the results are fabulous lots of thanks to @chetan sir and @gauriprabhu mam. Even the diet they provides you keeps you full with zero fat, which has increased my confidence to follow it regularly for better results. My overall experience till now is superb looking forward to workout with these lovely people Highly recommend!!
