Liked the experience in the gym, especially loved training with Saurabh Varma sir who has an indepth knowledge of biomechanics and hence, makes you do the best exercises and optimises the workout regime according to your body and its limitations and motivates you throughout your workout to push past your limits and reach newer limits. The gym is well equipped with all workout machineries, cardio equipments as well as a studio/ warmup room. Mr. Ishvinder Singh (owner) is a warm and dedicated individual in the field of bodybuilding and nutrition and always looks out for his clients. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking for a value for money gymming experience in Airoli.
