Surje sir pays attention to everyone and customizes workout plan for beginners based on their fitness level The gym space is comfortable, ventilated and well equipped. I am glad to have join CrossFit training here

I have been training under Surje Sir for the past 3 months now. So, if you asked me in 2 words to describe those workouts, it would definitely be 'Power Packed'!!!. I have grown my strength and stamina immensely in these past months. The workouts push your mental and physical limits but a exhilarating at the end of the day. The best part is Sir accomodates your personal fitness goals in those workouts. 10/10 would definitely recommend here!!

Surje sir places a huge emphasis on being mentally tough.. be it my jiu-jitsu training or cross fit workouts. He is always very encouraging and pays attention to each individual in the same manner. Overall an awesome experience so far and I'm looking forward to learn so much more from Surje Sir.

I am just so happy that I did not enroll in a normal gym. Surje is simply >>> . His workout means real fitness. Plus a complete no-nonsense and very chill coach. His program did not include teaching Hand stand, monkey crawling etc. but that's what I have learnt with him. OG coach. Panvel ke ho toh don't look anywhere else. Highly recommend this cross-fit / cross-combat gym. Trainer-Owner Surje Gurung is a thoroughly experienced professional. I reinititated my fitness journey with CCFC over 5 months back and have seen my fitness & stamina levels grow steadily and still have miles to go. While my primary goal has been to improve my fitness and stamina levels, my secondary small term goal of improving weight has also been achieved. Have gained lean muscle mass of over 3 kilos in last 5 months. Cannot recommend this gym enough for serious fitness enthusiasts..!

To be very honest, there's absolutely nowhere else you should look if you want to burn calories efficiently. In addition to his enormous talent, Surje Sir is also extremely committed to his cross-combination and kickboxing daily routines. There doesn't seem to be any place in Navi Mumbai like this to work out like hell.
