Great Gym with proficient Trainers! I have been a member of this gym for the last 01 year now. It's been a great experience so far. The gym has superb & well-maintained exercise equipments including the set-up for cross-fit work-outs. The dedicated & proficient trainers including the motivating support staff is really the core part of this Gym. My trainer (Imran Sir) is an excellent gym trainer. His expert advice & motivation in every personal training session including the great approach (of gradual learning & targeted muscle workouts) is really impressive & is helping me a lot in enhancing my fitness levels. I highly recommend this gym for all those who are looking for a great fitness goals with an expert advice from proficient trainers.

Challenge Fitness is the perfect place to work on your fitness. Imran Sir has been an incredible personal trainer--he guided me right from the basics since I had never been to a gym before. He patiently understood my strengths and weaknesses and helped me improve step by step. The gym also focuses on other activities like yoga, Zumba, and trekking, making it a complete fitness hub. Definitely the best gym in this locality!

Absolutely disappointed with Challenge Fitness. I had visited this gym last month with my partner, and the female staff clearly told us we could get a 3-day free trial. Based on that information, I came back today planning to take the trial and then take a 1-year membership because the location is convenient for me. But today, the male staff member rudely denied the free trial, saying they haven't offered it in the last one year. If that's true, why did your staff mislead us in the first place? We didn't even ask for a free trial -- it was offered by your team. This kind of inconsistency and misinformation is totally unprofessional. Even worse, the staff member was extremely rude and arrogant, as if he was doing me a favour just by talking to me. I was ready to pay 250 per day for the trial, but his behavior was so disrespectful and insulting that I walked out. If this is how you treat a genuinely interested customer, I can't imagine how members are treated after joining. Pathetic attitude, zero professionalism, and no value for customer service. Just because you have equipment doesn't mean you can run a successful gym without basic manners or respect. Definitely not recommending this place to anyone.

I am new to Kharghar. So without much search, I landed at the Challenge Fitness gym. I found it an awesome and spacious place to start my day. Its vibes are positive, and trainers are very friendly, certified, and competent. I have been taking a PT from Yusuf aka Babu. I found him warm, well-trained, and taking an interest in clients' fitness progress. Post-workout stretching is relaxing. What is super cool is the team of Askan, Usman, and Imran, all are friendly people. I suggest this gym to anyone in search of effective fitness training with lots of daily fun.

I joined challenge fitness July and started my fitness journey under the guidance of trainer Shaizad. He has concrete knowledge about all the workouts, their impacts and how to make your fitness journey efficient. He is very patient. I am very impressed with the results I got in one month. Definitely would recommend him as a personal trainer.
